The family of a 20-year-old man on life support after being punched in the back of the head are concerned that he could be wrongly declared brain dead.

Andy Casey has been in hospital for the past week after being struck in the back of the head and doctors want to do a brain stem test to assess whether he is brain dead before they remove life support.
