Li Yan, the daughter of Mandopop diva Faye Wong and her second ex-husband, Li Yapeng, seems to be glowing up with every new sighting.  

Born with a cleft lip, the 20-year-old has undergone four , and today, her scar is barely visible.

Li Yan, who is currently studying art and design at Goldsmiths, University of London, was spotted at the closing ceremony of the Smile Angel Foundation's charity summer camp. The foundation was established by Faye and Yapeng in 2006 to help children born with clefts receive treatment.

Dressed casually in the event's T-shirt and a pair of black-rimmed glasses, Li Yan kept a low profile as she watched the children's performances from the audience.

According to reports, she expressed how much she enjoyed the event, saying, "The performances were wonderful. I hope I can come to the summer camp every year."

Li Yan has remained closely involved with the charity over the years and is often seen supporting its events.

In March, she also held a solo illustration exhibition in London, showcasing 42 works.

All of them were sold, raising £180K (about S$310K), which she donated in full to the Smile Angel Foundation to support families in need.

Snaps of Li Yan at the recent event quickly made the rounds online, with many netizens marvelling at how much she has changed over the years.

Many also pointed out that she's looking more and more like a young Faye, inheriting not only her mum's beauty but also her signature cool, understated elegance.

“You can't deny those powerful genes," commented one fan, while another dubbed her "Faye Wong 2.0".

Despite being the daughter of one of Chinese showbiz's biggest stars, Li Yan has largely stayed out of the spotlight.

Unlike her older half-sister, singer Leah Dou, she has shown little interest in joining the entertainment industry and is instead focused on her studies in London.
