Female hair saloon owner in Kelantan fined RM100 for allowing female worker to cut male customer's hair
KOTA BARU: A female hair saloon owner was fined RM100 by the Kota Baru Municipal Council (MPKB) for allowing her female worker to cut the hair of a male customer.
The incident happened at the owner's premises located in the town area last week.

Are the Islamic rules and regulations been published out for people to take note of ? How come the Kelantan Chinese could break the law there after staying there for so long ?
