Film ‘Sheriff’ rakes in RM44.5m after 14 days
KUALA LUMPUR, May 2 — The film Sheriff directed by Syafiq Yusof continues to receive an extraordinary response in cinemas, raking in a total of RM44.5 million over the first two weeks of screening.
Syafiq’s father, Datuk Yusof Haslam said the success was a shot in the arm for the country’s film industry after a bleak year or two.
