Bubble tea has been enjoying so much hype of late that its sweet cousin, Taiwanese-style dessert soups, fell off the radar. But it’s back in the limelight again at new eatery Tiger Sugar Dessert, which isopened by the same folks behind the insanely popular BBT chain Tiger Sugar. Although it’s not as well-known as its bubble tea, Tiger Sugar’s dessert concept has been around for a decade, with four outlets in its native Taiwan.
