Nitin Agarwal, co-founder and CEO of GlobalBees, has resigned, effective April 24, 2025, due to personal reasons.

This was stated in a regulatory filing by FirstCry, which holds a majority stake in GlobalBees.

Agarwal co-founded GlobalBees in 2021 and led it to unicorn status in December 2021. He previously worked at InCred, Citibank, and Edelweiss Financial Services.
