Five arrested over Brickfields shooting; released on bail

KUALA LUMPUR: Police detained five individuals to assist in the investigation into a shooting in Brickfields on June 13, which left one man dead and two others injured.
Kuala Lumpur Deputy Police Chief Datuk Mohamed Usuf Jan Mohamad said the arrests were made on June 16 at various locations around the capital.
"Arrests were made on five individuals on June 16 in the capital, but they have since been released on police bail after their statements were recorded," he said.
