SINGAPORE – Muslim-friendly wood-fired OUD Restaurant in Bugis marks its first anniversary with a refreshed menu.
Standout new dishes include the Fire-Grill Unagi ($10 a piece, minimum order of two pieces), a sushi-style piece of grilled eel on crispy rice; grilled octopus ($26), with romesco sauce and beef chorizo butter; and pressed lamb belly ($38), an improved version of a previous lamb dish in which the meat and fats are evenly distributed into a terrine-like patty before grilling.
