Former Hong Kong actress Amy Yip marked her first visit to Malaysia on Sept 25 with a trip to Penang.

She was in the state for the opening of her boutique hotel.

In an interview with local media, Yip said this is her first business venture in the country, and she has plans to open three more branches in Penang.

The 58-year-old, famous for her roles in Category III films, also mentioned that she will visit Malaysia more often now that she owns a business here.
