The incident in which a Certis Cisco officer kicked a speeding e-scooter rider (Certis officer who kicked PMD rider suspended, Dec 12) needs to be seen in perspective.
The rider was clearly in the wrong. He rode an unregistered personal mobility device that exceeded weight and speed limits on the road, and refused to stop despite repeated calls.

this incident happen to your kid,and i hope you speak the same things,don't speak tru your smelly hole ok,if you day he acted bravely tjen all officer will be in danger ise your brand to talk,see how our police officer act be professional,don't speak tru ass hole,if you say he doing the right thing running tru the road is an offence and abuse of power,idiot
