Four freehold semi-detached houses at Bo Seng Avenue and Whitley Road are up for sale, with prices ranging from $7.2m to $8.2m, PropNex Realty announced.
Based on their estimated land area, prices will come between $3,227 per square foot (psf) and $3,500.
Each of the four properties at 4 and 6 Bo Seng Avenue and 101 and 103 Whitley Road have a land size of approximately 2,174 sqft to 2,342 sqft. The houses have a built-up area of about 4,034 square feet to 4,684 square feet.

The properties feature basement parking, a two-storey plus attic, five bedrooms, a helper room, and an internal lift.
The houses are part of a newly-developed private landed housing project, with its temporary occupation permit expected to be obtained in June 2024.
