Eagle-eyed Friends fans are back at it again with the genius spots and this time it’s a sweet nod to Jennifer Aniston’s heritage.

Seriously, will we ever run out of things to discover about this show?

In the season seven finale, The One With Chandler and Monica’s Wedding, Rachel and Phoebe are seen in panic mode when things start to go wrong.

On top of Chandler going missing, leaving his pals fearing he’s got cold feet and done a runner, Joey has been held up on the set of his new movie, meaning they are down someone to officiate the wedding two.

While Phoebe goes on a mission to find Chandler, Rachel is asked to try and find a replacement minister – and finds one at a Greek Orthodox wedding, celebrating the union of the Anastassakis and Papasifakis families.

Turns out Anastassakis is a nod to Jennifer – as it’s her original family name.

Jennifer’s actor father, John Aniston, was actually born Yiannis Antonios Anastasakis, but his father made their name more English when they moved to the United States when he was two.

They are originally from Crete, Greece.

John also made his name as an actor, and is best known for starring in Days Of Our Lives – the real version, not the fake one Joey stars in.

Seriously small world, eh?

Friends is available now on Netflix.
