From baked bean baths to tarantulas: 10 quirky challenges Brits would accept for cash
A survey reveals that one in 10 Britons would lick a stranger's armpit for £10,000, and a quarter would be willing to shave off their eyebrows for the same amount.
The poll of 2,000 adults also found that 38% would give up their phone for a month, 37% would swim in a bath of baked beans, and 26% would spend 24 hours trapped in a lift with an ex-partner for a cash reward.

Interestingly, 41% would even go as far as abstaining from tea for a year to secure the money. Additionally, 18% would not hesitate to perform 'Bohemian Rhapsody' on a crowded tube carriage.
The study was commissioned by Tango to celebrate the launch of its on-pack competition, which runs until 12th September, offering fans the chance to win up to £10,000 without having to undertake any such challenge.
Love Island All Stars winner Casey O'Gorman, who collaborated with the drink brand, went undercover giving Londoners the opportunity to scan for a chance to win some cash.
He commented: "Excuse the humble brag, but I have some experience with winning so am lucky to know how great it feels. "There's not much I wouldn't do to recreate that feeling, though I do draw the line at a baked bean bath."
The research also discovered that four in 10 would be prepared to wear Crocs everywhere for a whole month for a chance to bag £10k. Meanwhile, 20% would allow a tarantula to crawl all over their face.
Participants were slightly more inclined to choose something embarrassing (24%) over something scary (23%).
In the event of securing the £10k prize, 44% of people would save a £10k win, while 30% would use it to treat their friends or family. Eight in ten would also still accept a £10k prize even if it was delivered in the form of a million pennies.
Asia Banger, brand manager at Tango, which is hosting three Cash Dash events in June and July in UK cities, added: "Turns out Brits have no chill when it comes to chasing cash, but why not embrace the silliness every now and then.
"This is all a great reminder that the British sense of humour is alive and well – especially when it comes with the chance to win something. Though luckily, in this case, all people need to do is buy a pack and scan to enter, so those eyebrows are safe!"
