MONTE CARLO, April 11 — Daniil Medvedev launched into another angry tirade against the officiating at the Monte Carlo Masters today as he was beaten 6-3, 7-5 in the third round by Karen Khachanov.

Medvedev was hit with a point penalty to start the final game after berating chair umpire Carlos Bernardes and then became embroiled in a heated discussion with the tournament supervisor.
