A netizen said that he went out with a girl that he met from a dating app, and they had agreed to meet at the MRT gantry at the MRT station, but she ended up being 30 minutes late.

He wanted to end the date by the time she reached, and added that she looked different in real life as well. and they kept changing places to eat because she was indecisive, and they ended up walking a whole MRT stop because she wanted to eat at a certain cafe.

After the meal, she then made him pay for the meal and refused to pay for her half of the bill, as the guy said she just wanted a free meal.

Recently I went out with a girl I met on tinder and it was just a horrible day. We decided to meet outside the MRT gantry at the MRT station and she was 30 mins late. When I msg her where she was, she said she’s here already at Watson. I was like ??? But ok I told her I will go over and meet her there. When we met I was already super turned off by her and just wanted to quickly end the date. She looked a bit different irl too.

Even though we already decided on what to eat beforehand, she was super indecisive and we kept changing places. In the end we walked 1 MRT stop because she said she wanted to eat at a certain cafe. It was super boring being with her too as we barely talked and she was on her phone most of the time. When we reached the cafe, the queue was super long and we decided to eat somewhere else. I was more into going to normal restaurants like Ippudo but it felt like she wanted to go somewhere more high class.

In the end we settled for a grilled fish restaurant. She ordered a lot of food without asking me but in the end we managed to finish all the food. The bill was a whopping $70 and I paid first. We walked awhile more and we decided to end the date. I told her to Paynow me half the amount before leaving and she looked surprised. She said it’s a date so I should be the one paying. No guy asked her to pay before. But I told her for all the dates I went out, the girl would always pay me back without me asking. She said she’s not going to pay and walked away. I was left speechless and found out she blocked my number too.

Just my day to meet someone who just wanted a free lunch wth. She wanted to eat at an expensive place yet expected me to pay for it while putting zero effort into the date.
