’s net loss for the fourth quarter ended May 31, 2025 widened to RM11.72mil from RM9.37mil in the corresponding period, mainly due to higher losses incurred to its construction division.

The company also incurred losses within its property division and reported lower profits for its utilities division.

Revenue in the fourth quarter rose to RM224.86mil from RM150.52mil a year earlier, driven mainly by better contributions from its property division, which grew by more than 100%.

For its financial year ended May 31, 2025, Gadang’s net profit rose to RM10.74mil from RM4.71mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue improved to RM803.69mil from RM583.59mil a year earlier.

The company has proposed a first and final dividend of 0.27 sen per share in respect of the current financial year.
