Gary Lineker appears to be putting the BBC scandal behind him as he enjoyed an exclusive night out with fellow famous faces.

The Match of the Day presenter, 62, who was controversially asked to step back from the popular football highlights show, has been at the centre of an impartiality row with the BBC aftertweeting about a new Government asylum seeker policy.

On Thursday night, however, Lineker brushed off the drama and partied with famous faces at the Apollo’s Muse launch party at 1 Mount Street in London.

Dressed in a sharp grey blazer, a dark blue shirt, black trousers, and of course, his signature black frames, the popular host flashed a big smile for the camera.

He also posed for a photo with Never Tear Us Apart singer Paloma Faith, 41, who oozed ballerina vibes in an elegant white button-down dress that boasted a tulle skirt.
