German cartel office probes Temu over merchant pricing
Germany’s cartel office has launched an investigation into Temu over possible restrictions on third-party merchant pricing on its ecommerce platform.
Temu, an online marketplace operated by Dublin-based Whaleco Technology Limited, has been active in Germany for about a year.
