It seems like the Geylang “Gangster” is caught on camera again, this time at broad daylight.
It is not known why he had parked stationary at the middle of Wilkie Rd refusing to move, but yet again, he doesn’t seem too happy as he blares his horns at the empty road and later coming out of his vehicle and hurling vulgarities and throwing a bottle.
