8 Jul - After previously telling fans that she will be making her comeback soon, Gigi Yim recently surprised many by revealing that she is currently in Malaysia.

On 6 July, the singer shared three selfie photos of her at the Petronas Twin Towers at night, and wrote, "I discovered that from this angle, you can get a pretty good shot together with the Twin Towers (provided you ignore the person in the photo)."

"But the more I look at it, the more it gives me this feeling of twin pigtails," she added.

Her post had her Malaysian fans excited, with many welcoming her to the country and telling her to fill up on delicious food that is synonymous with the country.

Fellow singer Gin Lee, who is a Malaysian native herself, took to the comments as well and posted, "Seriously?"

Gigi, however, did not mention the reason for her sudden arrival in the country.
