Girls Aloud fans are campaigning to get their song Hear Me Out to number one in honour of Sarah Harding, as she publishes her autobiography.

Sarah recently revealed the heartbreaking news that hercancer has spread from her breast to different parts of her body, in her upcoming book, which is named after the Girls Aloud song.
