PETALING JAYA: Grab Malaysia says that it is currently dealing with technical issues in response to social media complaints from users about being unable to access GrabPay in the app.

Users report that they are unable to reload, make payments, and view their ewallet balance in the app, instead being met with an in-app notice stating that "something went wrong" and prompting them to reload.
