Guan Eng calls for ‘rational’ discussion of Kelantan oil royalty issue
KUALA LUMPUR: Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng today called for a “rational discussion” with the Kelantan government over the matter of oil royalty payments, after Menteri Besar Ahmad Yaakob said the payments made in September were not royalty payments but compassionate payments.
