Guy suspects himself having covid-19, but says he don’t want to see doctor

A photo emerged online, where a guy captioned it saying those who are in contact with him, can “standby to go hotel stay for 14 days”.
He wrote that he was down with bad flu and fever, but he’s still “not going to see doctor”.
Because apparently he didn’t want to take MC and go through a swab test.
