Remember when '90s Hong Kong actress Rachel Lee lamented she was “old and fat” after she went unrecognised in public a few years back?

Judging by her latest post on Xiaohongshu, we doubt anyone will be making jabs at her looks now.

In the video, the 59-year-old (yes, really) was seen looking slimmer. Her skin also looked firm with a radiant glow… or could it be a really good filter?

Rachel reintroduced herself and asked, “Is anyone there? Do you still remember me? This is Lee Lai Chun from Happy Ghost. I have joined Xiaohongshu. Which film do you know me from?”

In Happy Ghost (1984), Rachel played a high school student who gets acquainted with a ghost that helps with her problems.

Fans were floored with what they say is a transformation compared to her appearance from a few years ago.

“My childhood goddess is back!” gushed a fan, while another said Rachel was the “definition of pureness and allure”.

Rachel is most famous for posing nude and starring in Cat III films before winning a Golden Horse Award for Best Actress for her performance in Ordinary Heroes (1999).

She married Hong Kong songwriter Clarence Hui in 1996 and they divorced in 2000. They have one daughter Annise Hui.
