We get the urge to hop into your car and head home after work, but how much of a rush do you have to be in to leave a family member behind?
Recently, Hong Kong actress Angie Chiu, 71, was reportedly leaving an event in China with her daughter-in-law, Chinese actress Tang Chang, 30.
Tang Chang is married to Ah Boys to Men 3 star Wesley Wong, 39, Angie's son with actor Melvin Wong.
As soon as Angie stepped outside the venue, she was mobbed by a large crowd of fans.
After briefly waving to them, the actress quickly got into her car, which then drove off.
Pretty standard celebrity exit, right?
Except Angie appeared to have forgotten one rather important person.
Yes, her daughter-in-law.
In a video posted online, Tang Chang can be seen standing alone on the street carrying two large bags of flowers, seemingly at a loss as she watches the vehicle drive away without her.
Realising what had happened, she covered her mouth with an awkward smile as fans gathered around her and laughed at the hilarious blunder.
Tang Chang took it all in stride, briefly chatting with the fans before someone, presumably a staff member, suggested that she hail a ride instead.
Clips of the incident quickly made the rounds online, with netizens wasting no time poking fun at Angie.
“Angie was so excited to finish work that she actually forgot her daughter-in-law was still outside the car!” quipped one fan.
Others praised Tang Chang for how gracefully she handled being accidentally left behind, with some saying her refined demeanour reminded them of her famous mother-in-law.
