Halle Bailey is inviting someone new to be a part of her world.

Nine months after announcing that she and DDG called it quits on their two-year romance, the Little Mermaid star cozied up to a mystery man during a sailing trip around Positano, Italy. As seen in photos published by TMZ July 1, Halle couldn't keep her hands off her rumored flame, kissing and cuddling as they hit the open waters on a luxury boat.

At one point, Halle's boating companion was seen snapping pictures of her posing in a metallic silver bikini. The snapshots ended up on Instagram July 2, with the actress writing in the caption without identifying who took he pics, "just keep swimming."

E! News has reached out to Halle's rep for comment but hasn't head back.

The PDA-packed sighting comes amid Halle's heated legal battle with DDG (real name Daryl Dwayne Granberry Jr.) over the custody of their 18-month-old son Halo.

In court documents obtained by E! News, Halle accused the "Moonwalking in Calabasas" rapper of attacking her during a co-parenting handoff in January.

"I have done everything possible to avoid going to Court," Halle wrote in her filing. "I have tried to placate Darryl by providing him access to Halo, even though he is not with Halo and often leaves Halo with his Mother. I have facilitated his visits, no matter where I am and often last minute. I realize that there is no placating Darryl. I cannot allow this abuse any longer. I cannot keep living like this."

For his part, DDG has denied the abuse allegations, alleging in court documents of his own that Halle was the aggressor in their relationship.

He argued in his filing that his ex was "an imminent emotional and psychological risk" to their son, of whom Halle is seeking sole legal and physical custody.
