Hannah Thomas, the daughter of former Malaysian attorney-general Tan Sri Tommy Thomas, is contesting a seat in Australia's parliament

According to The Straits Times, she is running in the Grayndler constituency as a member of the Greens party, where one of her opponents is current Australian prime minister, Anthony Albanese.
