KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 9 — The Health Ministry (MOH), through its Food Safety and Quality Division (BKKM), is investigating claims that a woman died after consuming a health supplement that recently went viral on social media.

BKKM said preliminary checks found that the product contained the active ingredient glutathione, which is listed under the Negative List — a list of substances or products prohibited under the Drug Registration Guidance Document (DRGD).
