These beauty products genuinely blew me away this month; here’s the full lowdown:

1. Marks and Spencer Summer Beauty Bag, £40

BuzzFeed

Worth: Over £240

What’s inside: Floral Street Wonderland Peony Eau De Parfum, Iconic London Prep Set Glow Original, Leighton Denny I Love Juicy Opaque Nail Polish, Hair by Sam McKnight Sundaze Sea Spray, Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion SPF50, Estée Lauder Perfectly Clean Multi-Action Foam Cleanser / Purifying Mask, Color Wow Dreaming Mask, Color Wow Shampoo, This Works Perfect Body Vit C Glow, Ultrasun Photo Age Control Fluid SPF 50, SkinKind Mini Repairing SOS Balm, and a stunning yellow makeup bag.

First of all, Marks & Spencer are back with another seriously impressive beauty bundle this month —  and this is one you’re definitely going to want on your radar for the summer.

The Summer Beauty Bag is packed with an incredible mix of skincare, haircare, and make-up favourites worth more than £240, but you can snap it up for just £40, making it one of the best-value beauty buys around right now.

Inside the chic yellow make-up bag — which is perfect for holidays and travel — you’ll find 11 products, including five full-sized treats, all carefully curated to give you that effortless summer beauty feel. There are so many standout products in this edit, but, for me, the Hair by Sam McKnight Sundaze Sea Spray is an instant favourite for creating effortless beachy waves with minimal effort, while Iconic London’s Prep Set Glow delivers the ultimate dewy, radiant finish that’s perfect for warmer weather.

Floral Street’s Wonderland Peony eau de parfum adds a fresh floral scent that feels incredibly uplifting and on-brand for the season, while skincare heroes from Estée Lauder, Clinique and Ultrasun help keep skin cleansed, hydrated and protected during sunny days. Haircare also gets a luxury upgrade thanks to Color Wow’s shampoo and Dreaming Mask, while This Works’ Perfect Body Vit C Glow gives skin a gorgeous luminous finish.

Honestly, this beauty bag feels so thoughtfully put together and genuinely offers a little bit of everything — from glow-boosting make-up to holiday-ready haircare and SPF essentials. It’s such a steal for the price, and a bundle that feels both practical and indulgent at the same time; I genuinely can’t recommend it enough!

MAKEUP:

2. TIRTIR Flawless Pore Prep Primer and Reflect Glow Prep Primer, £22 each

BuzzFeed

This month, K-beauty juggernaut TIRTIR has blessed us with not one but two brand-new primers — and honestly, both are brilliant for completely different reasons.

As somebody who loves switching up my base products depending on the weather and how my skin is behaving, I’ve been seriously impressed by how wearable and effective both formulas are.

The Reflect Glow Primer is perfect if you love that ultra-dewy, glass skin finish that K-beauty does so well. The formula has a really unique look straight out of the bottle, combining a clear red serum with ultra-fine white shimmer particles that melt seamlessly into the skin for a luminous, healthy-looking glow. It gives skin an instantly plumped, hydrated look while helping blur texture and soften the appearance of pores, without ever feeling heavy or glittery. The finish is radiant but still natural-looking, making it such a beautiful base underneath makeup or even worn alone on good skin days.

Meanwhile, the Flawless Pore Prep Primer has quickly become my personal favourite for warmer weather. As someone who runs hot, I absolutely love the cooling effect this one gives on application — especially on overheated skin when excess oil and more visible pores start becoming an issue. The lightweight soft blue formula applies completely clear with no visible tint, but instantly leaves skin looking smoother, calmer and more balanced. It has a really refreshing feel on the skin and creates such a soft-focus blurred finish that makes makeup sit beautifully on top.

What both primers have in common is the texture, which feels much more like a hydrating serum-gel than a traditional heavy primer. Both melt effortlessly into the skin, smooth uneven texture, and create a perfected canvas for makeup without feeling sticky or suffocating. The Reflect Glow is incredible for achieving a fresh, glassy dewiness, while Flawless Pore Prep is perfect for keeping skin looking polished and put-together on hotter days. TIRTIR have genuinely covered both ends of the spectrum with these launches!

3. Collection Cosmetics’ Everyday Essentials Range, from £2.99

BuzzFeed

Collection Cosmetics have completely revamped their Everyday Essentials range this month, and honestly, it proves once again that affordable beauty absolutely does not have to mean compromising on quality. With every product costing less than your morning coffee, the range makes it so much easier to experiment with trend-led makeup looks and TikTok-inspired beauty without spending a fortune — and I’ve been seriously impressed by just how well the products perform.

The entire collection feels really current and wearable, covering everything from glowing complexion products to lips and lashes, all while keeping prices incredibly accessible. The standouts for me include the Soft Focus Bronze Stick, which costs less than a fiver but performs like something far more expensive. The formula is buttery-soft and creamy, gliding effortlessly onto the skin and blending seamlessly without going patchy or muddy. It gives such an easy, sculpted warmth to the face while still looking natural and skin-like. I also love that it includes nourishing ingredients like Vitamin E, mango butter, and camellia oil, so it feels comfortable and hydrating on the skin rather than dry or heavy.

Another huge favourite has been the Dewy Liquid Blush, priced at just £3.99. The lightweight liquid formula melts beautifully into the skin, giving a soft-focus, naturally glowy finish that’s so popular right now. The pigmentation is impressive for the price point, but the product still remains really easy to blend and build, making it ideal whether you prefer a subtle everyday look or something more flushed. The doe-foot applicator also makes application quick, precise, and mess-free, which I always appreciate.

I also have to shout out the Fast Stroke Lash Defining Mascara in Mocha Brown because it truly delivers such pretty, fresh-faced lashes. The deep brown shade feels softer and more wearable than harsh black mascara for daytime, while the formula gives really impressive lift, length, and definition without clumping, flaking, or becoming cakey throughout the day. For under £4, the longevity and performance are both so impressive.

And finally, the Glossy Butter Balms deserve all the hype. Again priced at just £3.99, they’re buttery-soft, super glossy, and deeply nourishing without ever feeling sticky on the lips. Packed with peptides, avocado oil, and coconut oil, they genuinely feel like a hybrid between skincare and makeup, leaving lips looking smooth, juicy, and hydrated while still delivering a shiny, glossy finish.

Collection Cosmetics has genuinely nailed the balance between affordability, trend-driven beauty, and solid quality with this launch, proving you really don’t need to spend loads to build a fun, effective everyday makeup routine.

4. Code8 Colour Brilliance Lipstick in St Germain, £28

BuzzFeed

Hugely underrated beauty brand Code8 have given me my new go-to lipstick this month, in the form of their Colour Brilliance range, specifically in the shade St Germain — an effortlessly wearable warm red that somehow manages to feel both chic enough for dressing up and natural enough for everyday wear. It’ll make you feel more polished, without being too overpowering or intimidating for the daytime.

What really stands out, though, is the formula itself. The lipstick feels incredibly creamy on application, gliding onto the lips so smoothly without dragging or settling awkwardly. It gives rich, high-impact colour payoff while still feeling lightweight and comfortable, with a glossy, polished finish that makes lips look healthy and hydrated rather than overly matte or dry.

I’ve also been really impressed by how nourishing it feels throughout the day. So many creamy lipsticks can end up drying out lips after a few hours or emphasising texture and fine lines, but this one stays comfortable and flattering for hours. Thanks to ingredients like castor seed oil and Vitamin E, lips continue to feel soft and moisturised even after the shine starts to wear down slightly.

The colour itself is beautifully buildable too, so you can keep it softer and more natural for daytime or layer it up for a more defined statement lip in the evening.

5. Laura Mercier Secret Brightening Powder in shade Soft Pink, £31

BuzzFeed

This Laura Mercier Brightening Powder has been another great beauty discovery this month. I opted for the Soft Pink shade, which is ideal for light to medium skin tones, and while the colour in the pot might initially look a little intimidating, it blends so seamlessly into the skin that it ends up giving the most beautiful, brightened, and colour-balanced finish.

Designed specifically for the under-eye area, the powder works brilliantly at helping neutralise darkness and discolouration without ever looking heavy, chalky, or overly matte. Instead, it gives a really soft, fresh-looking finish that instantly makes the under-eyes appear smoother, brighter and more awake while still looking natural on the skin.

Unsurprisingly for Laura Mercier, the formula quality is exceptional. The powder is incredibly finely milled, so it applies effortlessly without caking, clinging to dry patches, or going patchy throughout the day. One thing I’ve been especially impressed by is how flattering it looks around fine lines — rather than settling or exaggerating texture, it almost softly blurs the area and keeps concealer looking smooth and fresh for hours.

The subtle light-reflecting finish also helps brighten without adding any shimmer or sparkle, making it perfect for everyday wear. It gives a perfected under-eye effect that makes you look more rested and polished without it being obvious you’re wearing powder at all.

This has become a product that I automatically reach for whenever I want my makeup to look a little fresher and more refined, and it’s reminded me exactly why Laura Mercier remains such a trusted name when it comes to perfecting your complexion.

6. L'Oréal Paris Infallible 3-Second Makeup Setting Spray Mist Cherry, £9.99

BuzzFeed

New to Superdrug this month is L’Oréal Paris’ Infallible 36H Setting Spray Mist in Cherry, which has quickly become one of those products I find myself consistently reaching for — especially during the recent hot and sweaty weather.

A good setting spray can genuinely make or break makeup in warmer temperatures, and this one seriously impressed me with how well it held everything in place throughout the day without feeling heavy or uncomfortable on the skin.

One of the most stand-out things about this product is the delicious cherry fragrance, that makes it feel a little more fun and elevated than your average setting spray. Thankfully though, it’s not one of those products that relies on gimmicks over performance, because the formula itself genuinely works. The ultra-fine mist applies really evenly across the skin and dries down incredibly quickly, leaving no sticky or tight feeling afterwards — just a lightweight invisible finish that locks makeup into place.

What impressed me was how well it stood up against heat, sweat, and humidity. My makeup stayed looking fresh and smooth for hours without the usual fading, patchiness or transfer that can happen on warmer days, and I found myself barely needing touch-ups at all. It really helps keep everything looking polished and secure while still allowing skin to look natural rather than overly matte or flat.

7. LANEIGE Glaze Craze Tinted Lip Serum in Lavender Frosting, £19

BuzzFeed

LANEIGE’s Glaze Craze Tinted Lip Serum is a rare lip product that genuinely manages to combine makeup and skincare equally well, delivering a flattering glossy tint while also seriously treating and nourishing the lips underneath. I’ve been using the Lavender Frosting shade recently and absolutely love how wearable it is — the subtle wash of cool-toned purple gives lips a really fresh, on-trend look while still feeling soft and flattering enough for everyday wear.

The formula feels incredibly silky and comfortable on the lips, with more of a serum texture than a traditional gloss. It gives a beautiful high-shine finish that catches the light without feeling sticky or heavy, and the hydration payoff is immediate. Lips instantly look smoother, fuller and healthier after applying it, while continued use leaves them feeling genuinely softer and more moisturised overall.

What makes this stand out from a lot of tinted lip products is just how skincare-focused the formula is. Packed with ingredients like polypeptides, pomegranate seed oil, and argan ceramides, it helps hydrate, visibly plumps, and supports the lips’ moisture barrier while still giving a glossy, light-reflective finish.

I also need to shout out the applicator, which feels plush and cushioned on the lips and makes application super easy and satisfying. Everything about the product feels playful and indulgent, from the dessert-inspired shades to the glossy glazed finish, but it still performs like a serious lip treatment underneath all the fun!

SKINCARE:

8. P. Louise x Boots Moisture Magic Set, £18

BuzzFeed

May marked a huge moment in the beauty world as cult favourite brand P. Louise officially arrived in Boots, making the hugely popular range more accessible than ever before. Fans can now shop over 200 P. Louise products across 36 Boots stores nationwide as well as online, and honestly, it feels like a major milestone for a brand that has built such a loyal and passionate following over the years.

The launch includes some of the brand’s most iconic hero products across both makeup and skincare, alongside several Boots exclusives created especially for the retailer. But one standout from the collaboration for me has to be the Moisture Magic Set, which includes a lip balm and lip scrub in the Blue Raspberry & White Chocolate scent.

As expected from P. Louise, the packaging is absolutely iconic and really elevates the whole experience. The lip scrub comes in the famous “Bad B*tch Energy Juice Box” design, while both products feature attached gold keyrings so you can clip them onto your bag and keep them with you on the go. It perfectly taps into that fun, playful aesthetic the brand is known for while still feeling practical enough to actually use every day.

The scent is also genuinely delicious — definitely more blue raspberry-forward than chocolate — and thankfully avoids becoming overly sickly or too artificial smelling. Both formulas feel really nourishing and hydrating on the lips, with the scrub leaving lips smooth and soft while the balm adds long-lasting moisture and shine.

More than anything though, this Boots launch feels super significant because it marks a huge new chapter for the brand. P. Louise has built such a strong online presence and fanbase over the years, so seeing the products finally become so widely available on the high street feels like a big deal for beauty lovers across the UK, and I genuinely can’t wait to see what the brand does next!

9. No7 Prime Forever Serum, £37.95

BuzzFeed

I’ve really enjoyed trying out No7’s new Prime Forever Serum this month, and have been seriously impressed with the results so far. Designed to help preserve skin while it’s in its prime, the formula focuses on supporting the skin against visible signs of accelerated ageing rather than just treating them after the fact — and it definitely feels like a more modern approach to skincare.

The serum itself is really lightweight and fast-absorbing, so it layers easily into both morning and evening routines without feeling heavy or sticky on the skin. It’s packed with ingredients designed to support and protect the skin barrier, including peptides to help maintain collagen, antioxidants to defend against environmental stressors, plus niacinamide and hyaluronic acid for hydration and brightness.

After using it consistently twice a day for around a month, my skin definitely looks smoother and brighter overall, and it feels noticeably plumper and more hydrated too. There’s a really nice glow and luminosity to my complexion that wasn’t there before, and I love that it gives visible results while still feeling gentle and comfortable on the skin.

10. Bioré UV Aqua Rich Glowy Weightless Moisturiser SPF50, £17.99

BuzzFeed

My go-to moisturiser this month has easily been this new addition from Bioré, which gives my skin a beautiful finish that has even left me confident enough to forgo makeup on a good day.

This moisturizer leaves my complexion looking naturally glowy and fresh without crossing over into greasy territory. The formula itself feels incredibly lightweight and breathable on the skin, so despite being a moisturiser, SPF, and primer all in one, it never feels heavy or pore-clogging. It sinks in beautifully and layers really well under makeup too, helping create a smoother, more radiant base without pilling or becoming sticky throughout the day.

I’ve also noticed my skin looking more even and healthy overall since using it consistently, thanks to ingredients like niacinamide, which helps support brightness and texture over time. The subtle glow comes from finely milled illuminating pigments that flatter the skin rather than looking glittery or overly shiny, making it wearable for everyday use.

11. Hawaiian Tropic Scalp & Hairline Mist, £17

BuzzFeed

I have long been a stickler for sun protection, and have spent years constantly reminding people not to forget their scalp and hairline — arguably some of the most exposed yet least protected areas when it comes to SPF.

But I completely understand why people skip it, because applying traditional sun cream around your hair can feel like such a faff and often leaves hair looking greasy, heavy, or coated in product. And that is exactly why I was so excited to discover Hawaiian Tropic’s new Scalp & Hairline Mist, which honestly makes protecting these areas feel completely effortless — and it arrived just in time for the May Bank Holiday heatwave!

What immediately impressed me about this mist is just how lightweight and invisible the formula feels. It doesn’t weigh hair down or leave behind that annoying white film that some SPF sprays can create, and most importantly, it doesn’t make your roots feel greasy or sticky afterwards. Instead, it melts into the hairline and scalp really seamlessly, making it incredibly easy to top up protection throughout the day without ruining your hairstyle.

It also smells absolutely amazing, with the signature tropical Hawaiian Tropic scent that instantly feels like summer in a bottle. Alongside SPF protection, the formula includes ingredients like Vitamin E and panthenol to help keep both the scalp and hair feeling nourished and hydrated, rather than dry or stripped after sun exposure. My hair genuinely still felt soft and fresh after using it, which is something I’ve rarely found with scalp SPF products.

And with Hawaiian Tropic making it so easy for people to protect their scalp and hairline this summer, you best believe that I’m only going to ramp up the SPF reminders for everyone around me this year!

BATH & BODY:

12. Lush Happy Birthday Gift Set, £45

BuzzFeed

What’s inside: Birthday Bear Bath Bomb [Gift Exclusive], Toby’s Magic Cow Bath Bomb, Gold Party Balloon Reusable Bubble Bar [Gift Exclusive], Mini Brightside Bubble Bar, Calm A Llama Party Piñata Bath Bomb [Gift Exclusive], Intergalactic Bath Bomb, and a Party Bag containing: A Birthday Bear Banner, Spinner Game, Stickers, and a Badge.

It was recently my birthday, and I was lucky enough to receive Lush’s Happy Birthday Gift Set — and honestly, I was beyond impressed by both the quality of the products inside and just how fun the whole experience felt.

The set includes six bath and body treats, three of which are exclusive to the gift set, and it really taps into that nostalgic childhood excitement that birthdays used to bring. From the bright, cheerful packaging to the added party bag detail, it feels like such a thoughtful and joy-filled gift from the moment you open it.

Inside, there’s a brilliant mix of bestselling favourites alongside the exclusive products, so it feels really well balanced whether you’re already a Lush fan or completely new to the brand. The zesty and uplifting scents instantly make bath time feel more fun and indulgent, while the colourful bath bombs and bubble bars bring a proper sense of occasion to an everyday self-care moment.

My personal favourite was definitely the Calm A Llama Party Piñata Bath Bomb, which was such a fun gimmick and genuinely made me smile while using it. It feels playful in the best possible way, with uplifting citrusy scents and surprise elements that make the bath feel like an actual celebration rather than just part of your routine.

What I love most about this set is that it genuinely succeeds in bringing the fun back into birthdays in a practical but indulgent way. Everything is beautifully presented in a bright, recyclable gift box, making it feel special without being wasteful. It’s a gift that feels joyful, thoughtful and genuinely exciting to receive, no matter your age.

13. NYX Fat Oil Shimmer Body Butter in Caramelt Mami, £17.99

BuzzFeed

And yes — we are absolutely continuing to have fun with beauty launches this month thanks to the new NYX Fat Oil Shimmer Body Butter, which has just landed at Superdrug. Because honestly, hydrating your body as an adult shouldn’t mean giving up delicious scents, glowy skin, and a little bit of shimmer along the way.

This body butter feels far more elevated than your average moisturiser, with an ultra-rich whipped texture that melts beautifully into the skin without feeling greasy or heavy afterwards. Despite how nourishing it feels, it absorbs surprisingly quickly and leaves behind the loveliest healthy-looking sheen.

The formula is packed with ingredients like avocado oil and shea butter, which leaves skin feeling soft, deeply moisturised, and smooth all day long. I noticed instantly how much healthier and bouncier my skin looked after applying it, especially on drier areas that can sometimes look dull or textured. The glow it gives is really flattering and wearable, particularly in warmer weather when you want skin to look fresh and radiant.

But honestly, the standout feature might be the scent. It smells absolutely insane in the best possible way — sweet, indulgent and delicious without becoming overpowering. It really taps into that fun, playful side of body care that makes using it feel like a treat rather than a chore.

I also love that it manages to deliver serious hydration without any sticky or tacky feeling afterwards, which can sometimes happen with shimmer body products. It leaves skin feeling comfortable, nourished, and glossy in the most effortless way.

14. Dove Niacinamide + Even Tone Body Serum, £12.99

BuzzFeed

But alongside all the fun beauty launches this month, there have also been some genuinely practical, problem-solving products making their way into my routine too — including this targeted body serum from Dove, which is designed to be used in place of your usual body lotion.

The formula focuses on improving uneven skin tone while still deeply hydrating the skin, using ingredients like niacinamide alongside prebiotic glycerin to help target concerns such as dark spots, redness, rough texture, and dullness. It’s designed to support the skin’s natural barrier while helping improve overall clarity and radiance over time, making it feel much more treatment-focused than a standard body moisturiser.

As someone who struggles with uneven skin tone on my body, I’m always excited to try products that promise visible improvement rather than just temporary hydration, and I’ve genuinely been impressed by this serum so far. After using it consistently, I’ve already started noticing improvements in the appearance of certain imperfections and areas of unevenness, and I’m really excited to see the continued results with longer-term use.

What I also love is that despite being treatment-led, it still leaves skin feeling properly moisturised, soft, and nourished afterwards. The texture absorbs really nicely without feeling greasy or heavy, making it easy to use daily, especially during warmer weather when thick body lotions can sometimes feel too much.

FRAGRANCE:

15. Gisou Mini Honey Spring Infused Hair Perfumes in Pineapple Pop and Coco-Cacao, £20 each

BuzzFeed

I’ve always been obsessed with hair fragrances, and honestly, nobody does them quite like Gisou. This month the brand has launched not one but two brand-new scents for their iconic Honey Infused Hair Perfumes, and I love them both for completely different reasons.

Not only do these perfumes leave your hair smelling incredible, they also actually care for the hair at the same time, helping to hydrate, nourish, and add instant shine rather than just masking your strands with fragrance. The scents also last impressively well throughout the day, and are pretty much guaranteed to secure you compliments.

The two new limited-edition scents are Pineapple Pop and Coco-Cacao, both inspired by tropical gourmand notes that feel absolutely perfect for summer, holidays, and travel. Coco-Cacao is rich, creamy, and indulgent, blending coconut, milk chocolate, and sandalwood into something that feels warm, cosy and luxurious without becoming too overpowering. Meanwhile, Pineapple Pop instantly transports you somewhere sunny, combining sweet, juicy pineapple with creamy coconut and soft vanilla for the ultimate tropical scent.

My personal favourite has to be Pineapple Pop because it just feels so fresh, playful, and summery. It’s sweet without being sickly and gives such a fun holiday energy every time you spray it into your hair.

The mini bottle sizes also make them ideal for keeping in your handbag or taking away on holiday, which honestly makes them even more addictive because you can top up throughout the day whenever you want that little boost of shine and fragrance.

As with most Gisou launches, I can already tell these are going to be hugely popular —  especially because they’re limited edition, so if you’re tempted, I definitely wouldn’t hang around too long!

16. Huda Beauty Easy Bake Intense Eau De Parfum, £70

BuzzFeed

More major news from this month is the fact that Huda Beauty has finally ventured into fragrance — and honestly, the result is every bit as incredible as you’d imagine.

I'm pleased to report that the launch was treated like the major moment in beauty that it is earlier in May, complete with an extravagant London event featuring performances from The Pussycat Dolls and Central Cee, and after trying the perfume for myself, it’s easy to see why so much attention surrounded it. The fragrance totally lives up to the hype that engulfed it, and doesn’t underdeliver in any capacity.

Inspired by the iconic scent of Huda’s cult Easy Bake Loose Powder, the perfume transforms that instantly recognisable sweetness into something far richer, deeper, and more sophisticated. It opens with juicy wild cherry before developing into warm white florals layered with creamy caramel and spiced cinnamon, all grounded by a rich vanilla bourbon base that lingers beautifully on the skin for hours. The overall result is sweet and playful, but with a grown-up sensuality that stops it from ever feeling sickly or overpowering.

What I love most about this fragrance is how balanced it feels. It’s undeniably sexy and attention-grabbing, but still wearable enough for everyday use, with a softness that keeps it feeling elegant rather than too intense. The scent lasts incredibly well throughout the day and leaves behind an addictive lingering trail you catch on yourself hours later.

The packaging also perfectly reflects the fragrance itself. Rather than leaning into gimmicks or over-the-top embellishments, the bottle design feels sleek, minimal, and sophisticated — allowing the perfume to speak for itself. It really is the final glamorous finishing touch to a makeup look in fragrance form.

For a first fragrance launch, Huda Beauty has absolutely nailed it. Easy Bake feels luxurious, confident, and polished while still keeping that playful gourmand sweetness the brand is known for, and I can already tell that this is going to become a huge beauty obsession for a lot of people.

17. Laura Ashley Perfume, £89

BuzzFeed

Another major moment for the fragrance world has been the launch of Laura Ashley’s brand-new perfume collection — and honestly, it feels like the perfect extension of such an iconic British lifestyle brand.

The collection introduces four fragrances inspired by beloved Laura Ashley archive prints, and the entire range feels incredibly elegant, nostalgic and beautifully put together from start to finish.

From the moment I saw these perfumes, I was already absolutely obsessed with them thanks to their delicate and classy design. Each fragrance comes finished with its own floral bow around the neck, making them look so elegant, feminine, and luxurious displayed on a dressing table. They perfectly capture that signature Laura Ashley aesthetic — romantic, timeless, and joyful — while still feeling fresh and modern. And thankfully, these perfumes are far more than just pretty packaging, with the scents themselves really delivering too.

What I love most is that all four fragrances feel completely different, meaning there’s genuinely something for every mood and personality. Wild Woodland is rich and playful with juicy blackberry and raspberry notes balanced by deeper earthy warmth, while Floral Fancy leans more romantic and sophisticated with soft rose, patchouli, and coffee undertones that feel incredibly elegant.

Serene Meadows instantly stood out to me on an emotional level because it felt so nostalgic and comforting. There’s something about the soft musks and nature-inspired freshness that reminded me of being younger and spending time outdoors, making it feel incredibly wearable and comforting in a very understated way.

But if I absolutely had to choose a favourite, I think Joy of Primrose just edges it for me. The bright citrusy notes of tangerine, bergamot and neroli combined with softer floral and vanilla undertones make it feel light, uplifting and effortlessly pretty — exactly the kind of scent I want to wear throughout spring and summer. It feels fresh and joyful without losing that soft femininity running throughout the whole collection.

I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with this launch, which really feels like Laura Ashley has managed to bottle the brand’s signature sense of nostalgia and escapism in fragrance form. Whether you prefer something fruity, floral, fresh, or warm, there genuinely feels like there’s a scent for everyone in this collection.

TOOLS:

18. Peep Club Heated Eye Wand™ LED+ (Nickel Free), £95

BuzzFeed

I have to admit, I was a little sceptical about whether I’d actually see noticeable results from the Peep Club Heated Eye Wand — but after using it consistently for the past few weeks, I’ve been happily proven wrong, and this is now one of my favourite beauty tools ever!

As I’m sure you know, LED tools have become such a huge trend in the world of beauty lately, and I really like how this device streamlines everything specifically for the under-eye area, making it feel far less intimidating and much easier to slot into a daily routine.

The wand combines several different features in one compact tool, including a temperature-controlled hot compress, gentle massage, and multiple LED light settings designed to target different concerns around the eyes. I’ve personally been using the red LED mode most consistently to help with fine lines under my eyes, and I’ve genuinely noticed a visible improvement already. My under-eye area looks smoother and fresher overall, and while there are definitely long-term benefits with regular use, I also noticed instant results too — especially when it comes to puffiness.

One of the things I love most is just how relaxing the heated wand feels to use. The warming function feels incredibly soothing, while the gentle massage helps de-puff and makes the whole experience feel like a mini spa treatment at home. The green and amber LED settings are also great additions for redness and dark circles, making it feel like a really well-rounded treatment tool rather than a gimmick.

I can sometimes feel a bit intimidated by beauty devices, but this was genuinely so easy to use. You simply charge the wand with the cable provided, select your desired temperature and let it warm up for around a minute, then apply your favourite eye product and gently glide the wand from the inner corner of the under-eye area outwards for a few minutes on each side. It’s simple, relaxing, and actually delivers results, which is exactly what you want from a beauty tool.

FYI, this is the nickel-free version of the eye wand, which is ideal for anybody with sensitivities or allergies, but it is also available in the original version, too!

19. Wilkinson Sword Intuition Quattro Razor, £7.50

BuzzFeed

I’m incredibly fussy when it comes to razors and usually stick to my tried-and-tested disposable ones, but I’ve really been trying to make more sustainable swaps lately and cut down on waste, so I was genuinely thrilled to discover the Wilkinson Sword Intuition Quattro Razor.

For me, the two biggest things that matter with a razor are how comfortable it feels to hold and how smooth it leaves my skin afterwards, and this one seriously delivers on both fronts. The razor feels really easy and comfortable to grip, even in the shower, thanks to the sturdy rubber handle, and the pivoting head makes it so much easier to navigate around curves and awkward areas without feeling like you have to constantly adjust your angle.

The four-blade design gives such a close, smooth shave, but what impressed me most was how gentle it felt on my skin. I didn’t experience any nicks, cuts or irritation at all, which is rare for me when trying a new razor.

After using it, my legs felt incredibly silky smooth, and the whole shaving experience just felt far more effortless than I expected. It manages to feel both effective and really skin-friendly at the same time, which can be surprisingly hard to find. I also love that the handle is reusable with refill blades, making it a much better long-term option for reducing waste without compromising on performance!
