First thing is that the employers when employing foreigners, they either get the foreigners to learn basic spoken English language or make sure the foreigners can speak English. I had some experience with such non speaking foreigners. Once, I was asking about the services provided by the bus driver who was at Admiralty Kampong Hup. All he did was “ Wah emchai “ Which means I don’t know. It’s really frustrating that from a driver who should know his work as a driver.
