SINGAPORE - The Home Improvement Programme (HIP), first announced in 2007 for old flats built before 1986, has seen several rounds of enhancements over the years to include more features and modern designs. The programme has also been expanded to benefit more Singapore households.

common la All these people just want to have a safe rice bowl. One cannot imagine all the past approval drawing for M&E or Arch product may fall back to years in 1980 ( assumption) and yet to-date still in use. how outdated are we. Over 50 years of building only these few product being implemented. what a joke yet they are proud to announce. This is a chicken backside business.It is the Supplier or contractor whom propose at it own cost. upon successful implementation then HDB approves. Can you imagine this.
