Remember those iconic blue tins containing mediocre pale cookies sold in just about any supermarket?

They’re called Småkager — and have unfortunately been terribly represented in Singapore thanks to mass production. That is, until Leckerbaer arrived on our shores. Founded by Michelin-trained chefs Gabi and Jakob Mogensen, this cult bakery from Copenhagen has disrupted what we know to be Danish butter cookies, elevating the ubiquitous småkagers to complex little desserts.
