Hey art friends! Today we're drawing a frog life cycle, all four stages in one simple lesson. It's a really fun science drawing you can hang in the classroom. Grab your markers and let's draw!
Personalization ideas: Change the greens to any colors you like, or make each stage a different shade. Add extra eggs, more sparkles, a lily pad under the frog, or write the stage names in your own handwriting. You can even draw a pond background behind all four steps.
For teachers and parents: This lesson is a great science supplement for a life-cycle unit, a first-week bulletin board, or a sequencing activity where kids number the stages. It also pairs well with a habitats unit, fine-motor practice with simple circles and ovals, and homemade science journals.
