LETTER: The RM10,000 fine for those flouting the standard operating procedures (SOP) in place to battle Covid-19 which has been raised from RM1,000 to RM10,000 was proposed by the Health Ministry - the "commanding officer" in charge of leading the fight against the pandemic in this country, not other irrelevant bodies or set-ups.
