KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 9): Bukit Aman Criminal Investigation Department (CID) deputy director (intelligence/operations) Datuk Hussein Omar Khan has been appointed the new Selangor police chief.

Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) secretary Datuk Noorsiah Saaduddin, in a statement, said Hussien was appointed to the position with effect from March 13 with the rank of Police Commissioner (CP).
