I’ve Been Saving Up Some Treats To Show You, And I *Think* You’re Really Going To Enjoy Them

Don’t let my hours of browsing go to waste.

by Maitland Quitmeyer BuzzFeed BuzzFeed Staff

I'm a deputy editorial director on the BuzzFeed Shopping team (I've been a shopping editor so long, I remember when Prime Day was just one day), who has spent the better part of a decade finding, vetting, and writing about products (and deals!), from no-nonsense toilet cleaners to the best mascaras to genius ideas that'll win your next gift exchange.

1. A Muppet edition of Clue (yeah, you read that right) with unique gameplay style that uses all the characters — even if you're playing with a smaller group — and "weapons" (like the Marley and Marley chains from A Muppet Christmas Carol and a Pigs in Space Zapper from the original Muppet Show) any true fan will love. And for anyone concerned about their favorite Muppet being a murderer, don't fret; the packaging itself says they're just putting on a *murder mystery show*, of course!

Amazon

Promising review: "The family really enjoyed this gift. Great family game that is better than the original Clue game, in that one plays with ALL the characters, regardless of how many actual players you have. Each time you make a 'guess' at the room, perpetrator, and weapon, you move the perpetrator to that room, so, while your opponent may have been trying to make their way across the board, they may be completely twarted when someone decides to accuse them of the crime." —M.P.

Get it from Amazon for $42.99.

2. ILNP nail polish in the shade "Birthday Suit" if you're looking for a neutral-but-not-boring shade for everyday wear. The sheer (but not too sheer) nude color and pop of shimmer will make any ole Tuesday feel like an instant party. The cherry on top? Reviewers say this holds up pretty darn well through the daily grind!

Amazon

Promising review: "This is the best nail polish I’ve ever used! I’m a nurse, so I wash my hands A LOT. Normally, I have to paint my nails every two days because they chip so easily. This polish lasted six days! Including two 12-hour shifts! Not a single chip! Plus, it goes on so nicely. Definitely would recommend." —Jenn P

Get it from Amazon for $12.50 (also available in several other shades)

3. A très elegant, vintage-inspired book clip shaped like a hand — it's perfect for keeping pages in place while journaling, temporarily attaching notes, or using as a bookmark in your ~fanciest~ volumes. One reviewer even used it to hold tea towels in their coffee nook!

www.amazon.com, Amazon

Promising review: "Super high-quality. The clamp is strong and it has a bit of weight to it to keep the pages down. The furthest it can open up is about an inch. There is a lot of detail, feels very high-quality." —Mercedes

Get it from Amazon for $7.57.

4. An almost-too-cute bath bomb from Lush's Paddington collab to sweeten up your next tub time. It's even infused with sacha inchi oil, which like our favorite bear himself, comes from Peru!

Lush

While it starts with rainbow colors, the water eventually turns... brown... so just keep that in mind!

This is a newer release from Genuine Fred!

Get it from Amazon for $13.50.

6. A sheer mesh lingerie set, because there's nothing like matching undies to make you ~feel yourself~, no matter what you have on top. The bra has underwire for support and a keyhole design for extra za-za-zou, and reviewers love how the high-cut thong bottom doesn't dig in.

www.amazon.com, Amazon

Promising review: "Well-made, comfortable, and worth it. This set is a total steal. The lace is soft and detailed, and the fit is super nice. The underwire gives just enough lift without being uncomfortable. If you’re on the fence, just get it — you won’t find better quality for this price." —Kassia

Get it from Amazon for $14.99+ (available in women's sizes 3XS–6XL and 23 style variations).

Bando

Get it from Bando or from Amazon for $40.

8. A realistic stick of butter stress toy with a deeply satisfying slow-rise after squeezing. Is that as satisfying as the perfect piece of toast? I'm not going to pretend it is, but it's much easier to enjoy at your desk in between meetings.

Amazon

Promising review: "This taboo squishy looks so real that my husband was wondering why I was squeezing a stick of butter! It has just the right amount of tackiness and the scent is pleasant." —davidandnina

www.amazon.com

Promising review: "Honest review! Honestly, I didn’t want to pay this much for this product and was worried that it wouldn’t be worth it. Boy, was I wrong. We absolutely love this thing. It works great. It has a timer function, an easy on and off switch, and is so cute." —Jason

Get it from Amazon for $39.99. Not into the strawberry? If you insist — there are also 17 other colors available in the same listing.

10. A hummingbird feeder ring, because depending on where you live, hummingbird season is coming up quick! Just fill it with a sugar-water mix, sit reeeealllyyy still, and you can feel the magic of one of those tiny feathered creatures feed from up close.

www.amazon.com

Promising review: "It made my whole day when I finally was able to hand-feed one of my little visiting hummingbirds. It took about a week of consistently going out around the same time each day. I found that taking down a couple of my hanging feeders and wearing sunglasses helped. I had so many that would come curiously up to it and hover around several inches from my face, only to abruptly say “nope, not doing that”. I read somewhere that they may be too apprehensive about seeing your eyes. *shrug* I swear the first day I wore sunglasses it’s like I became invisible to them as any kind of threat. I really love this purchase, and will look forward to using it every year when they return to my garden." —annibchill

Get it from Amazon for $7.49.

11. Clinique Almost Lipstick Tinted Lip Balm in Black Honey — a cult-favorite for literally decades for a reason, with a slightly glossy, emollient-rich texture that feels oh-so comfortable and a buildable tint that looks gorgeous on everyone. Fun fact, it's the lip product worn by Arwen in Lord of the Rings! Second fun fact: it now comes in two additional shades (Pink Honey, which is rosier and Nude Honey, which is more of a neutral) if the original sheer-berry shade isn't your cup of tea.

Amazon

Buzzfeed Shopping writer, Emma Lord, actually owns this "holy grail" lippy and says: "I was very adamant about not buying this for the longest time because I am stubborn about "expensive" beauty products, but this is worth every penny and then some. It's so lightweight and layerable, it's foolproof to apply, and I have yet to wear a single outfit it doesn't complement??? Ilove watching it instantly elevate a casual look or add simple elegance to dressy ones. I wear it every day now, and after weeks of use, I've barely made a dent. Also, and maybe this is just me, but I tend to get pigment on my teeth with a lot of lip products, and I've simply never had an issue with this magic stick."

Check out this TikTok of someone using it on their lips AND cheeks!

Promising review: "You know it’s good when you *have* to buy another before you run out of your last because you just cannot live without it… I’ve been through at least five tubes. Gorgeous shade for my olive skin, builds nicely, and let me tell you, other than my signature red lip, I’ve never gotten more compliments on a lip color than this in my life, although subtle, people just love it. Someone even asked me if I had lip filler done cause they thought my lips looked so enhanced 😂 it’s silky smooth and good all year round." ———

Get it from Amazon for $25 (also available in Pink Honey and Nude Honey in the same listing).

12. A tomato lamp (🤫 at half the price of the Urban Outfitters version 🤫) that looks equally as adorable when it's glowing as when it's sitting there like an objet d'art. Tomato season can be year-round with this little beauty in your kitchen or living room!

Amazon

Promising review: "Saw Urban Outfitters had a tomato lamp for $100 and said hell naw. But then this lamp came along from the Amazon gods for just under $30 and no way I could pass up such a sick lamp. Smaller than anticipated but it's immaculate. Runs almost everyday/all day and has been doing great for a year now. Remote has never failed me yet (knock on wood)." —Samantha L.

Since I go through them pretty fast, this is a great way to get all the flavors for a good price at once. They tend to get stuck together in transit, especially when traveling in Florida, but I’ve never had trouble separating them by gently patting the bag. If these candies pique your interest, go ahead and buy them!" —Katie

It turned out to be one of the real home run gift ideas of the holiday season, as both they and we (their grandparents) have had a riotous time playing one round after another over a few sessions during the holiday break. Dr. Melaxin "Peel Shot," a K-beauty powerhouse formulated with AHA, BHA, and PHA to combat congestion and smooth texture, niacinamide to brighten, and rice water extract to gently(!!) help remove dead skin cells and sebum. Unlike those other "peeling" products you may have seen that just ball up on their own for an illusion of exfoliation, this one actually works — just take it from a bevy of experiment-minded reviewers, like this one who tried it with gloves on a non-skin surface and noted that the product did not clump on its own.

www.amazon.com, www.amazon.com, www.amazon.com

Promising review: "I was skeptical at first, but now I don’t think I’ll ever live without these. The exfoliation leaves my skin so smooth" —Chloé Calzone

Promising review: "I bought this after seeing an ad on TikTok. I'm skeptical but I’m a sucker for this kinda stuff, but it is genuinely amazing. I tested it on all the different areas of my body. It didn’t do a thing to my well-exfoliated palm, but my face, legs, LIPS… baby soft with big balls of dead skin coming off. Like one of those Korean exfoliating gloves, but you don’t have to scrub like you do with those. You just gently rub it in, and your dead skin peels away. I even had a weird callous on my arm that keeps regrowing [and] it smoothed it down so cleanly. This stuff is truly magic. Just WOW." —Nellie

Get it from Amazon for $39 (available in four formulations).

28. A shower lamp. Yep, you read that right! Keep it in your bathroom for ~mood lighting~ so you don't have to turn on the Big Light — it'll make those early morning showers less brutally bright *and* make those bedtime showers extra relaxing.

www.amazon.com, www.amazon.com

This is IP44 waterproof certified, meaning it can withstand splashes of water. DO NOT put this in the water with you (obviously!) or place it somewhere precarious where it can fall into the water or will get wet — but know that it'll be ok if splashed. Your nighttime shower mood lighting will be just as cozy with this on your bathroom counter or shelf. Safety first!

Hear one TikToker's thoughts on the shower lamp here.

Promising review: "I bought this for my bathroom because the one light is super bright and it's too much in the mornings. I still needed some light, so I looked into a lamp like this over some kind of night light or plug-in lamp. I bought this because the reviews were promising, and so far I'm really happy. I charged it when it arrived a week ago, and haven't needed to charge it again yet. I love the warm, but not yellow-y light it emits. The lamp also seems really sturdy, like if I knocked it off the counter, it would be fine. The dimming function is great, no flickering, and I'm really happy the lamp 'remembers' the brightness level it was last on. It says waterproof, and I haven't tested that, but the charging port plug seems to seal really well, so I'm not nervous to have it on the bathroom counter or right next to the shower. My one complaint is that the wood grain color appeared different on my computer than in real life, and it's a little more reddish in person. However, I like this lamp so much I've been moving it to my desk to use in the evenings, so I may just buy another one that matches my bathroom better and leave the wood colored one at my desk." —Syd Smith

Promising review: "I bought this kind of as a joke for our shower, but it's the best thing I've purchased so far in 2025! It's easy to use, love the dimmer, and it creates a nice ambiance." —Holla

Get it from Amazon for $33.99 (available in five colors).

29. LifeStride sandals with a sturdy 2.25-inch block heel and a ~Soft Stystem~ foam footbed one reviewer compares to "walking on clouds." Another reviewer finds them so comfy, they have a whopping *four pairs* — now that's high praise. Needless to say, they'll be your go-to shoe for dancing the night away at a summer wedding or strutting your stuff down the street on your next vacay.

DSW

Promising review: "These are the most comfortable dress sandals I have ever owned or worn! They are so comfortable-my feet didn’t hurt at all after wearing them all day at a wedding. Going to get another pair in black." —PPMcSw

30. Dumpling Daughter's Spicy Sweet Soy sauce — as the name suggests, it packs just the right punch of sweet (brown sugar!), savory (soy!), and spicy (red peppers and spices!), whether you use it for dipping, drizzling, marinading, or stir frying. Yeah, it's amazing on dumplings and wontons, but consider the possibilities: zhuzhing up a bowl of ramen, whisking into a salad dressing...even (gasp) spicing up a bowl of ice cream?

Amazon, www.amazon.com

I....can't stop eating this sauce. It was an impulse buy when browsing at Stew Leonards (IYKYK), and it's turned out to be one of my favorite spontaneous grocery cart additions. I've since seen it on TikTok, and for good reason — the sauce is sweet and thick (kind of like an eel sauce viscosity) with just the right hint of spice for me. If you love spice, you'd probably need to add some chili oil, which would also be delish. I put it on a lot of things (it would be good on cardboard, frankly), but one of my favorites is to slice up a cucumber — and half an avocado if I have it — drizzle on this sauce and add some toasted sesame seeds. The perfect side dish or snack! I just bought the 16-ounce size bottle, so I don't need to worry about running out as quickly. Bonus: the larger size bottle also has a twist cap instead of a pop-off cap (the pop-off is kind of annoying and gets a little messy and makes the sauce harder to shake before drizzling).

Promising review: "Seriously, don't read it. Stop. Cease. Desist! Read no further. You're still here? Very well. You're wasting valuable time you could be using to order this sauce. I've ordered several bottles and it's good enough to eat over rice with nothing else added. Superb! Go buy yourself a few bottles. Right now. Go!" —NumeralXVI

Promising review: "This sauce is the best dumpling sauce/addition I've ever had! I feel like all I do is buy products to try and they get used once for the 'try' phase and get tossed or are lost to the fridge to grow science projects. This one I've had for about a week, and it's almost gone!! We've stocked our freezer with pork & veggie mini wontons/dumplings so that we can use this sauce. The family is [OBSESSED}!!! ♥♥♥" —JenSie

Get it from Amazon for $14.99 (also available in ginger soy, which is also delish, and sichuan sesame soy, which I haven't tried yet).

Dumpling Daughter is a woman-owned small biz, btw! All their sauces are made right in their restaurant HQ in Boston.

36. McCormick's Sweet Lemon finishing sugar (it's a limited-edition collab with Bridgerton!) to add a little 🍋 zesty zip 🍋 to baked goods, cocktail rims, ice cream...whatever your heart desires. Personally, I'd like to enjoy some on a citrus pound cake, with a cup of Earl Grey on the side as I rewatch Benedict and Sophie's story.

Also available in Strawberries & Cream and Lavender Vanilla, which are temporarily out of stock. And shop all of their finishing sugars here!

Promising review: "I used it on top of frosted sugar cookies, and it was so good. It has a nice lemon flavor without being overwhelming. I can't wait until this summer when I make my frozen lemonade. I plan on mixing this sugar with the whipped cream I put on top!!" —Savannah

Get it from Amazon for $3.67.

37. A mini Highland cow plush they're sure to ~coo~ over (FYI, the Scots word for cow is, in fact, "coo") every time they cuddle up with it. This wee cutie is also lavender-scented *and* filled with flaxseeds, so it doubles as a microwaveable heating pad and freezable cooling pack.

Promising review: "My wife bought me this little guy to help me sleep not knowing if I would even care for it, but the little guy is adorable and it was just what I needed to sleep better. It could be the lavender, but I think it is just how comforting he is to hold against your chest when laying down. I don't think you can go wrong with this guy, but I do suddenly experience guilt when eating burgers...probably just me!" —Bryan

Get it from Amazon for $23.99 (also available in black, plus 20 other adorable animal styles).
