IHH Healthcare rebrands with new identity
KUALA LUMPUR: IHH Healthcare Bhd
(IHH) has unveiled a new corporate identity as part of efforts to unify its hospital network and strengthen its role in the healthcare sector.
The group, which operates hospital brands including Gleneagles, Pantai, Fortis, Acibadem and Mount Elizabeth, has also introduced the tagline "Care. For Good” to reflect its renewed direction.
"It doubles down on IHH’s commitment to integrated, value-based care through innovation, partnerships and synergies that improve outcomes and efficiency,” the company said in a statement today.
In conjunction with the rebranding, IHH hosted its inaugural FutureHealth. Now leadership conference in Kuala Lumpur today.
"The flagship event gathered more than 300 visionary leaders across healthcare, government and business for thought-provoking conversations on shaping the future of care,” it said.
Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad, who officiated the event, said that private providers such as IHH not only deliver care but also create jobs, drive investment, spur innovation and strengthen Malaysia’s position as a regional health hub.
"Equally important, private hospitals ease congestion in our public system by absorbing patient volumes, offering specialist services, and reducing waiting times for those seeking faster access to care,” he said.
The conference also addressed key healthcare challenges through four panel sessions focusing on value-based care, integrated care, future-ready care and sustainable care.
IHH said its corporate brand transformation is being implemented in partnership with its local operations across key markets to address medical inflation, improve access and strengthen healthcare quality.
The group noted that it is contributing to healthcare reform in Malaysia by promoting value-based care and working with government agencies, providers and insurers on long-term solutions that balance affordability with quality.
"Through its group-wide value-driven outcomes programme, IHH monitors over 360 quality indicators across eight high-volume procedures, with the aim of reducing unnecessary healthcare costs while maintaining high standards of medical care,” it added. - Bernama
