Iceland is selling Slush Puppie ice cream
Two flavours to enjoy (Picture: Slush Puppie/Iceland)
Ah, the sweet, sticky Slush Puppie that turns your tongue blue – the perfect reminder of childhood.
Now you can get that nostalgic feeling by heading to Iceland, as the store is selling ice cream flavoured like the classic ice drinks.
The red version is strawberry and the other is blue raspberry.
Each tub costs £3 for 500ml, though it might be worth splashing out on both to mix them together like you would do at the cinema way back when.
Instagram foodie account @NewFoodsUK posted about the release.
‘Both the Blue Raspberry & Strawberry flavours are absolutely delicious! We didn’t know what to expect, but these have really surprised us!
‘The flavours are strong which is perfect, plus, just look at those colours!’
The tubs are exclusive to Iceland in the UK and they both already have five star reviews.
Fans said they are excited to try the treats.
One wrote: ‘Iceland trip soon.’
Another added: ‘Okay I can get on board with this!!!’
‘We need these for cocktails!’ someone else wrote.

The ice cream tubs aren’t the only product from Slush Puppies available at Iceland.
You can also pick up a box of Squezee Freezalicious ice pops in four original tastes – red cherry, lemon and lime, strawberry and blue raspberry – so you can make your own version of the drinks at home.
A box costs £9, which does seem pricey but you get 100 pops to enjoy.
