If You Want To Look As Good As Jolin Tsai Does At 44, This Is How Early You Need To Sleep Every Day
Ever wondered how you can be as chio as Taiwanese star Jolin Tsai when you're in your 40s?
The secret is: Get lots and lots and lots of beauty sleep.
In her recent podcast, the 44-year-old was praised by her showbiz pals — Singaporean singer Tanya Chua, 50, and Taiwanese singer Wu Qing Feng, 42 — for looking "better and better" with time.
Seeing how good Jolin looked in her newest album PLEASURE, Qing Feng wondered: "Does it really make a difference if one goes to sleep at 10pm?".
Yes, you read that right. The pop-diva sleeps at 10pm every day.
According to Tanya, whenever they hang out, she and her other friends would have to “get used to" Jolin leaving early.
"During gatherings, while everyone’s still chatting away, someone would have already called a cab and wanted to leave without even saying goodbye. Because she has to go to bed," Tanya shared.
Jolin's remarkably healthy sleep habits started this year when she was adjusting to jet lag after returning from the U.S.
"I was so tired that I went to bed at 9pm, and after two or three nights of that, I woke up looking super pretty," she recalled.
That then prompted the star to sleep at 10pm henceforth, and as of late, has even been sleeping as early as 9:30pm.
"Oh my god, okay," Tanya replied in shock.
Jolin, however, lamented that her schedule has been more packed recently, and she often fails to finish work until after 10pm.
“I’m almost dead tired!," said Jolin, adding that she wishes all her concerts could start at 2pm and end at around 4 to 5pm.
When Tanya told her that she could have her future concerts in the day, Jolin then quipped that they can start at 6am.
"So everyone can do morning exercises together," jested Tanya.
Er, what in the ACES Day workout is that?
