SHAH ALAM, Oct 19 — The Selangor government will continue to defend and empower the Indian community in the state so that the quality of life of this group can be improved, said Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari.

He said his team is in the process of preparing the Selangor Budget 2026, and this matter is among the recommendations that will be considered for tabling on Nov 14.
