Justin Bieber always beliebed he'd be a dad.Asked about his plans to expand his family with wife Hailey Bieber, the singer said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in 2020, "I'm going to have as many as Hailey is wishing to push out." Truthfully, "I’d love to have myself a little tribe," he continued. "But yeah, it’s her body and whatever she wants to do."

The couple's first baby (baby, baby, oh) arrived in August 2024, with them naming him Jack Blues Bieber."I just think it happens to every person exactly when it’s supposed to," the Rhode skincare mogul told Vogue in May, noting the pregnancy had been a surprise. "I really, really, really believe that." And as a result, Justin told the outlet, he's been "walking in the days I always dreamed of.”Those close to the Grammy winner also understand how much this milestone means to him."That moment is like none other," Usher, who’s been Justin's longtime mentor, told Entertainment Tonight in September. "To feel that level of love and commitment and the investment of time into your child. I know who he is as a young man, and I know what fatherhood means to him and how important it is. This is an amazing chapter of his life and I wish him nothing but well."

Even Justin's mom Pattie Mallette recalled how he’s "always wanted to be a dad ever since I can remember.""You have so much love to give," she wrote in an Instagram tribute last Father’s Day two months before Jack's arrival. "You’re gonna be the best daddy ever. You already are."

And while Justin's loved ones could probably spend 10,000 hours gushing over how much he loves fatherhood, his pictures are worth far more than all of those words. In between some of those more vague posts about love—"tired of transactional relationships," he wrote in one of his latest missives June 8, "if I have to do something to be loved that’s not love"—he's also proudly showed off his "Papa Bear" mug and posted several adorable baby photos.

And while the "Sorry" artist has documented some of his 9-month-old's standard milestoneslike crawling, he's got some bigger goals in mind.When asked at the Skate for LA Strong celebrity game in February when he planned to get his son in some skates, he told a reporter, "As soon as possible. It’s never too early." In fact, the Canadian has posted footage of him and Jack cheering on his beloved Toronto Maple Leafs and the little one already has his own jersey.

Other moments that have been sweet as peaches include family holidays, with Justin, Hailey and Jack dressing up in Kim Possible-themed Halloween costumes and the musician wishing a happy first Mother’s Day to his "best mommy day gurlie."And while Justin has also been busy with his work—a May post appeared to capture him during a recording session—it seems that Jack has inspired his professional side. While giving fans a peek at his new apparel brand SKYLRK in May, the 31-year-old posted an Instagram photo of a "Baby @skylrk robe for my baby Jack."Ultimately, it appears Justin is looking forward to this season of life—writing in a May post that featured him carrying Jack on his shoulders, "Gonna be a good summer."

Though as he and Hailey attempt to soak up all the fun of parenting, they've had to navigate some challenges. Eager to shield their son from the paparazzi and other prying eyes, the two have made it a point not to share Jack's face."We don’t take him to a lot of places,” the model noted to Vogue. "We don’t want anyone to…. I mean, you’ve just got to see how invasive it all is. It feels mean to put a baby into that."

It's hard enough for them to navigate the spotlight as adults. Recently, his rep had to slam gossip about Justin's rumored drug use, with May photos of the "Purpose" artist holding a bong and smoking contributing to the speculation.And while Justin's rep dismissed concerns about his well-being, he acknowledged to TMZ in February that the past year has been "very transformative for him as he ended several close friendships and business relationships that no longer served him."

That doesn't include his six-year marriage to Hailey. The constant speculation about their union only intensified as Justin revealed those comments he made about her Vogue cover and shared some cryptic thoughts to Instagram, including a May declaration that "Love isn't a u get what u put in kinda thing."However, Hailey insists they’re doing just fine.“It’s not real,” the 28-year-old told the magazine about the online rumors surrounding their relationship. "And that’s the thing: I have a real life.
