Tiger Woods and Vanessa Trump have done their best to keep their very high-profile romance as low-key as possible, but the situation appears to be changing rapidly.

As one of the top golfers in the PGA and as the former daughter-in-law of President Donald Trump, it’s understandable that there’s a public curiosity about the duo. Still, their desire for privacy reportedly went to such great lengths that Trump’s mother, Bonnie Hayden, was kept in the dark about their relationship, according to Page Six. Now, things have taken a more serious turn.

InTouch Weekly spilled the tea about the 49-year-old athlete acting differently around his girlfriend, especially when it came to his finances. Woods “wants to impress” Trump, so he has been making a few grand gestures with his $800 million net worth.

“Tiger is fully enmeshed in Vanessa’s world. He was just at the White House with her and was welcomed with open arms by everyone,” the media outlet’s source claimed. “She has a very high-flying circle of friends, and he’s in with them too and planning to rent a massive super yacht this summer to cruise around the Mediterranean with Vanessa and a bunch of her friends.”

While the golf icon can certainly afford it, Page Six is also hinting that a wedding could be in their future. Their source described the romance as “wedding bells serious” on July 4. The insider tea was apparently spilled by a Trump pal who gushed, “She’s so happy! She’s finally found happiness. She’s found happiness for the first time in her life.”

The dynamic duo bonded over their children, who attend the same school in Palm Beach, Florida. It also helps that Trump’s eldest daughter, Kai, 18, whom she shares with ex-husband Donald Trump Jr., is a competitive golfer, who has already committed to play the sport at the University of Miami beginning in Fall 2026.

Fans may have had a clue that Woods’ relationship with Trump was headed in the right direction though. He made a surprising post on his Instagram page in March, officially announcing his love for his girlfriend.

“Love is in the air, and life is better with you by my side,” he wrote in the caption with a sweet snapshot with his girlfriend. “We look forward to our journey through life together. At this time, we would appreciate privacy to all those close to our hearts.”

Woods was previously married to Elin Nordegren from 2004 to 2010. Trump was married to the president’s eldest son from 2005 to 2018.
