WORK is currently under way to upgrade and beautify the Sultan Yussuf roundabout in Ipoh.

The roundabout — one of the city’s most iconic landmarks — is getting a makeover to enhance its overall look.

A device with water nozzles will be installed at the top of a crown-like structure to enhance its fountain features. When turned on, water spouting from the nozzles would create an effect that looks like a crystal ball.
