Ipoh city council’s complaints app to start April 30
IPOH City Council (MBI) has launched a new app-based complaints handling system, which will kick off on April 30.
Perak local government committee chairman Datuk Nolee Ashilin Mohamed Radzi said the MyAduan MBI app would make it easier for people to lodge complaints on council-related issues or problems.
