Cato Networks, an Israeli cybersecurity firm, is reportedly in advanced discussions to raise US$300 million in funding.
This funding round is expected to consist of US$150 million in primary capital and US$150 million from secondary share sales, giving the company a pre-money valuation of US$4.5 billion.
