PETALING JAYA: Vivian Hoo-Lim Chiew Sien got their wish to make their debut as a pair at the Malaysian Open but what a mad scramble it will be for them.

The duo, who will be playing for the first time as a pair, made the cut for the home tournament as the second last women doubles qualifiers based on the 32-pair list released by the World Badminton Federation (BWF) on Friday.
