If Robot Peter has no means to called for assistance, what’s the point of doing patrolling! Might as well use it to sweep the pathways just like those in shopping malls.

This is called skin itchy, got mental problems so no need to pay for the damaging the robot?? so does it mean if he slashes a person and if the person dies so he doesn't need to be sentenced to death???sent him back to where he belongs if he might create other problems, best is sent him back to his country

Problem is that our government keeps importing foreign talents but ended up many crazies and criminals, creating lots of social issues to our society.
