Shortly after merger from AYE, a prime mover truck from Hiap Tong ( XD2061E) speeding and cutting towards my lane. In order to avoid accident or being stuck under his truck, I had to swerve towards my left side ended up mounting the kerb and damaged my vehicle.Since the truck didnt hit me, I couldnt even claim him. How do I go about it? Until death happens then we can take action against him?Driver didnt even slow down and was oblivious about the situation.
