With so many TV shows and movies under her belt over the years, from Friends to Murder Mystery and Just Go With It, it’s no surprise that Jennifer Aniston is a self-proclaimed “workaholic.” But, as it turns out, she’s working on it.

“I’m a bit of a workaholic, so I’m forcing myself to try to take some time to travel and not work,” Aniston admitted in a new interview with People. “It’s so critical, I know, but I’m not good at it.”

Most recently, Aniston wrapped up the fourth season of The Morning Show, a beloved Apple TV series where she plays TV anchor Alex Levy. Per IMDb, she is also in development for a movie with director Sophie Goodhart, and is set to star in Hail Mary, a biopic about Denise White, a former Miss USA contestant who becomes a successful sports manager.

With such a packed schedule ahead, Aniston is realizing more than ever just how busy she is. “Our work is diminishing returns at the end of the day, if you’re just working so much that you don’t have any wonderful life experiences,” Aniston said. “I’m trying to take it easy, because this was a really intensive few years of work.”

In the past few years, in addition to The Morning Show, the actress has starred in Murder Mystery, Murder Mystery 2, Dumplin’, and more.

So, as a result, she’s planning a break from acting soon. “I’m trying desperately to learn how to create those auto replies when emails and texts come in, where it’s like, ‘I’m away forever. But call me in December, I’ll be back,'” she joked.

As for what her ideal days out look like, Aniston shared that resting for her is all about not having a schedule for anything. “It looks like a blank schedule — there’s not one thing on it,” she said. “That’s a perfect day, and then can I figure out what that day looks like as it goes.” Perfect, indeed!
